The BY-07 Automatic Air Washer for Dust Cartridge Filters by Benyuan is a specialized, high-efficiency pulse air rejuvenation system designed to clean, unblock, and restore pleated dust collector cartridges. In cement plants, powder coating lines, metal grinding bays, and pharmaceutical facilities, fine particulate matter becomes deeply embedded within filter media pores, restricting airflow and shortening filter lifespan. The BY-07 solves this maintenance problem by utilizing automated multi-nozzle high-pressure air injection manifolds that blast localized reversed compressed air pulses directly through the filter media, dislodging fine dust cake into a sealed recovery hopper without damaging sensitive filter membranes.
Engineered for heavy industrial manufacturing, mining processing plants, and material handling facilities across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and major industrial hubs in Saudi Arabia, the BY-07 reduces filter replacement overhead and maintains peak dust extraction efficiency. The system features a enclosed cleaning chamber with customizable rotation speeds and adjustable pulse frequencies, ensuring thorough 360-degree cleaning for various cartridge diameters and lengths. Outfitted with heavy-duty structural steel, an integrated dust collection hopper, IP65 weather-sealed PLC smart controls, and severe-duty pneumatic valves, it guarantees reliable automated performance under extreme Middle Eastern site conditions.
The BY-06 Automatic Heavy-Duty Parts Washer by Benyuan is a high-capacity, aqueous cabinet cleaning system engineered to degrease and wash heavy mechanical components, engine blocks, transmission cases, and industrial gearboxes. Featuring an automated heavy-duty rotary turntable and multi-angled high-pressure spray manifolds, this machine solves the challenge of labor-intensive manual solvent scrubbing in high-volume maintenance shops and production facilities. As the internal platform rotates, heated aqueous cleaning solution is forcefully blasted across all external surfaces and complex casting recesses, rapidly stripping away baked-on grease, carbon deposits, cutting oil, and particulate matter in minutes. Engineered for continuous industrial duty across Saudi Arabia, including heavy equipment repair centers, automotive manufacturing plants, mining workshops, and oilfield service yards in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and regional industrial hubs, the BY-06 combines high cleaning throughput with operator safety. The eco-friendly, water-based cleaning process operates in a fully enclosed stainless steel wash chamber, keeping fluid and vapors contained. Outfitted with programmable digital temperature controllers, an integrated oil skimmer, inline bag filtration, and IP65-sealed controls, it ensures low detergent consumption and dependable performance under severe desert conditions.
The BY-05 Automatic Hydraulic Support & Shield Washer by Benyuan is a heavy-duty, high-pressure industrial washing system specifically engineered to clean longwall hydraulic roof supports, shield legs, and articulated mining structures. Operating in harsh underground extraction environments, hydraulic supports accumulate heavy coats of compacted coal dust, slurry, hydraulic oil residue, and mineral incrustation, which impede maintenance inspections and cause seal failure. The BY-05 solves this critical operational challenge by utilizing multi-angled, high-volume hydraulic jet arrays to automatically scour exterior surfaces, joint pins, and cylinder rods, removing severe caked deposits in fraction of the time required by manual pressure washing. Designed for heavy-duty mining complexes, equipment refurbishment centers, and underground mineral sites across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and major industrial regions in Saudi Arabia, the BY-05 restores critical mining assets for safe overhaul and continuous operation. The system features an enclosed structural washing enclosure with built-in fluid containment and high-capacity settling sumps to capture heavy mine sludge. Constructed with heavy-gauge reinforced steel, corrosion-resistant piping, IP65-rated weather-sealed controls, and severe-duty pumps, it guarantees reliable automated performance under extreme ambient temperatures and abrasive dust exposure.
