Unlike standard drum or single-shaft mixers, the planetary mixing blades rotate on their own axes while simultaneously orbiting around the central vertical drive shaft. This intense counter current motion completely covers the entire mixing pan without blind spots, ensuring 100% dispersion of fine powders, microsilica, fibers, and chemical admixtures within seconds. The fully blended batch discharges directly into the hydraulic hopper, where a dual-cylinder S-valve system pumps the concrete smoothly across high vertical elevations and long horizontal distances.
